No tech skills needed. If you can copy and paste, you can do this.
Sign up with your email and a password. That's it — no credit card needed to get started.

Enter your business name and your website address (like www.yourbusiness.com).
We'll use this to teach your new assistant everything about your business — your services, your area, how people can reach you — straight from your own website. You don't have to type any of that in by hand.

This takes about a minute. We're reading through your website so your assistant already knows your business before it ever talks to a customer.

When it's done, you'll see a box with some code in it, and a Copy button. Click Copy — that's the only part you need to touch.
Don't worry about understanding what it says. Think of it like a phone number: you don't need to know how phones work to dial one.

Where you paste it depends on how your website was built. Pick your platform below:
Go to your site's admin panel → Appearance → Theme File Editor (or use a plugin like "Insert Headers and Footers"). Paste the code right before </body>.
Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → paste it in the Footer box.
Settings → Custom Code → Add Custom Code → paste it in, set it to load on all pages, choose "Body - end."
Website → Edit Website → find the page settings → look for "Add HTML" or "Custom Code" and paste it there.
Forward this code to whoever built or maintains your site — most web designers can add this in under five minutes.

Go to your website. Look for a small chat bubble, usually in the bottom corner. Click it — that's your new assistant, ready to talk to customers.

Every time someone chats with your assistant and shows real interest, it shows up in your Leads tab — with their name, number, and what they're interested in. You can reply straight from there by email, and it'll land right in their inbox.
